SproutX organized producer tours during the EvokeAg 2023 conference to connect Agtech founders with primary producers and growers. The tours started at P'Petual Farm, a leading Australian greenhouse grower, known for specialized techniques, modern technology, and sustainability. The company faces challenges like labor, disease, and forecasting, but is working to improve accuracy in forecasting.

The 1,070 hectare Longerenong College Farm has hosted more than 30 projects, holds over 250 devices and 500 sensors across the farm capturing more than 30,000 data points each day to enhance on-farm decision making.

There comes a point in one’s career where the existential question is posed “Do I try to get a good job or be the boss of my own career and start my own business? SproutX visited the Marcus Oldham College to meet with the future leaders of Ag industry to address these tough questions.
